MRWC Conservation Innovation Grant Project
One of the goals of this project was to investigate and demonstrate the use of innovative technologies and approaches to address the natural resource conservation concern of invasive species management in the Missouri River Watershed region.
To promote ecologically sound management of invasive species in western North America by sponsoring research, conducting public education, and facilitating collaboration and communication among researchers, educators, policy makers, natural resource managers, and the concerned public.
CISM presented a three-part invasive plant management technical webinar series in March 2013. The free webinars provided local, state, and federal agency land managers and other land management personnel with science-based information on the technical merits of herbicides and other control methods.Click here to view the recorded webinars.
